We would like to offer you an opportunity to invite your friends (1-3 couples ) to a delicious catered meal at your home. All you have to do is let us prepare a meal using our heart-healthy cooking system, watch our presentation and enjoy the food. We take care of everything, and we even clean up afterwards!

Our advertising promotion is a great-tasting, low-calorie, heart-healthy meal prepared fresh for you , your family and friends. This fun and educational meal will serve up to 6 people at no cost to you. There are no gimmicks or catches.


Here’s What We Do

Arrive 20 to 30 minutes early to set up.
Furnish ALL the food.
Prepare a complete, delicious, and nutritious meal while you , your family and your guests sit back, relax and watch.
Share valuable nutritional information.
Conduct an unforgettable cookware toxicity test.
Clean up after ourselves.

DELICIOUS MENU INCLUDES:

*Veggie Lasagna
Layered with pasta sauce, pasta, fresh spinach, mushrooms, carrots, onion, yellow squash and zucchini. Topped with cheese.
(We can make it gluten free, too).

*Oil-Free Fried Chicken 

*Fresh Rainbow Salad Slaw with Orange and Lemon

*Dessert: Famous  Cake 

(all can be made gluten free & vegan/vegetarian)

Do we have to buy anything?
No one is obligated to purchase at your cooking show.

How long does the event last?
2 ½ to 3 hours.(depends on how many questions you might have)

*IMPORTANT: If your guest is married or partnered, please make sure both parties attend.

A date and time that fits your schedule.
A few hungry friends or family members.
And a kitchen, of course!

Invite guests to a fantastic cooking demonstration with Culinary Warriors.
Furnish plates and utensils and a nonalcoholic beverage of your choice.

Please ensure that no television or other audio or video is playing during the presentation -it’s a fun, educational time.

Please no alcohol: this is a culinary event, and we would like everyone’s palettes to experience the enhanced flavor of food cooked in Saladmaster cookware, free of alcohol.
If children will be present, we need your help. Please have someone or something to entertain them during the event, and please let the chef know ahead of time if kids will be present.
Enjoy the meal and fill out a short healthy questionnaire.


PLEASE DO NOT RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL YOUR IN HOME COOKING SHOW!
Unless there is an emergency, we ask that you keep your commitment to host the class on your scheduled date. No matter what, even if all your guests cancel on you, our consultant is committed and will still be there to cook a wonderful meal for you and your family (however, you won’t receive a hosting gift). We ask for the same level of commitment from you. Thank you!
